Q: HOW LONG ARE YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS?

A: Every session is 45 minutes long. Clients are encouraged to come a bit early for stretching and warm-ups. After a personal training session we recommend that clients cool down for a minimum of 5 minutes.

Q: HOW LONG UNTIL I SEE RESULTS?

A: Every 6 weeks we evaluate our clients to monitor physical progress. Statistics show that significant results occur anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks after beginning an exercise program. Clients who follow our plans completely while journaling their nutrition and exercise habits are guaranteed results. Results include body fat reduction, improvements in strength, muscle mass and endurance. The more you commit to your Heat program the more you will get out of it. Results are always guaranteed.

Q: HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK DOES THE TYPICAL CLIENT WORKOUT?

A: Your goals will be the deciding factor in how much you should be working out. Most clients exercise no less than 3 times per week. The less you train, the slower your progress will be. Although training a little is better than not training at all, we encourage clients to come at least 3 times per week. For those clients who wish to see dramatic results in a little amount of time, training 5 to 6 days per week is recommended.

Q: HOW MUCH DO YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS COST?

A: The actual rate of your personal training session varies on the package you purchase, trainer demand, current trainer availability and other factors. Like most things, the more sessions you invest in, the less the cost will be. Most sessions run from $30 to $55. Also, if you take advantage of our monthly and ongoing promotions you may recieve free sessions and even money back for reaching your goals. Our fitness programs also include other services such as nutrition counseling, fitness evaluations, towel and water services and much more.

If budget is something that is keeping you from improving your health, you might want to reassess how much time and money you have invested in other things that have not worked or that have worked against your fitness goals. Look at your current budget for gym memberships, activities, hobbies and other expenses (like a Starbucks habit, shopping, alcohol consumption, dining out, hair and nails etc). Easily dropping one or two of these major spending habits can save you hundreds of dollars monthly.
